The Office of Strategic Partnerships & Resilient Communities (SPARC) is a part of the County Manager’s Office focused on long-term resilience and advocacy for the community. We are the bridge between community partners and Adams County.

CodeRED is an emergency notification service that allows public safety officials to alert residents and businesses regarding emergency situations by telephone, cell phone, text message, email, and social media.

Adams County Foster Care 5K
The Adams County Foster Care 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run is more than just a race—it’s a chance to support local foster families. Racers of all levels are welcome to join us at Riverdale Regional Park. By joining this event, you are directly helping foster families in Adams County.
Tool Shed
The Tool Shed program provides Adams County residents with FREE access to yard and gardening tools. We are dedicated to supporting residents in maintaining their properties and helping others do the same.
Reserve the Block Party Trailer
The Block Party Trailer is a complimentary program for unincorporated Adams County residents intended to build and strengthen neighborhoods. The program is administered by the Neighborhood Services division in the Community Safety & Well-Being Department on a first-come, first-served basis.
Neighborhood Cleanup Events
Residents are encouraged to bring yard waste, tree branches, and other debris to the locations below. Items like electronics, paint, and hazardous waste are not accepted.

Adams County Veterans Memorial
As Memorial Day approaches, Adams County invites you to visit the Adams County Veterans Memorial, located at Riverdale Regional Park. The memorial features a replica of the USS Colorado, monuments for each branch of the military, and more.

Colorado PEAK is the place to apply for and manage benefits online. Use PEAK to apply for or manage your medical, SNAP, cash, or other State of Colorado benefits.
Traffic Safety
Traffic Safety is responsible for day-to-day traffic signal, signage, striping, and safety operations. We focus on addressing reported traffic concerns, as well as preventative maintenance, to maximize safety for all road users. Property Tax Relief
Due to the passing of SB24-233, all improved commercial properties will be reduced by $30,000, and the assessment rate is 27.9%. If you have questions regarding this bill or any other questions relating to the Assessor’s Office, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 720-523-6038.
Veterans Support
The Adams County Veteran Service Office assists Adams County residents who served in the U.S. Armed Forces, widows of Veterans, and Veteran dependents to obtain any and all Veterans Administration benefits for which they may be eligible. All services provided by the Adams County Veteran Service Office are free of charge.

County Budget
One of the main responsibilities of Budget & Performance Maintenance is to develop and oversee a working budget for Adams County government every year.

Resource Guide for People Facing Eviction
Once you’ve received an eviction notice, you must file an answer. This is a formal method of admitting, denying, or questioning the eviction. An answer must be filed at the Adams County Justice Center.
Adopt-A-Spot Program
The Adams County Adopt-a-Spot program allows an individual, family, or group to help preserve and maintain our parks, trails, and open spaces. This is a fun, flexible way to volunteer, as the clean-up schedule is designed by you with a minimum of four cleanups a year for a one-year commitment.
Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP)
The Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) provides child care assistance to families needing child care services to support their efforts toward self-sufficiency. CCCAP provides families access to reduced-cost child care at licensed child care facilities or qualified (unlicensed) providers.
