Willow Bay is an extremely important resource, with an incredible location on the South Platte River corridor, and a great complementary relationship with Riverdale Regional Park to the south and Ken Mitchell Park & Open Space in Brighton to the north. With potential for both water recreational amenities and wildlife protection and enhancement, Willow Bay is a wonderful dynamic parcel that, with the right approach, can become a true gem for the county’s open space system.

Concept alternatives for the master plan will be presented to the public at this workshop. Attendees can provide feedback on the designs which will help to guide the direction of the final master plan concept.
