Requesting Reasonable Modifications

County Manager

Requesting Reasonable Modifications

Adams County shall make reasonable modifications to policies, practices and procedures to avoid discrimination on the basis of disability, unless a modification would fundamentally alter the nature of the program, service, or activity or a modification causes undue burden.

NOTE: If you are an Adams County employee seeking an ADA accommodation for a workplace issue, contact People & Culture Services per the “Disability and Religious Accommodation” policy or visit the ADA page on myAdams.

If you are a member of the public who needs a Reasonable Modification to policies, practices, or procedures, please contact the Adams County ADA/504 Coordinator or use the Reasonable Modifications Request Form. Reasonable Modification requests are processed as quickly as possible. Timing may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the request.
