Find Public Records & Recorded Documents
NOTICE:
On Jan. 1, 2025, the public postings moved to our Landmark website. To find the postings at their new location, visit Landmark and follow these steps:
- Click on the “Document” icon.
- Select “Public Postings” under the Document Category dropdown menu.
- Leave all other fields as-is.
- Click submit.
- All public postings will show in the results section.
- Click on the item to view, print, or download.
The process to submit postings remains the same. Email RecordingPublicPostings@adamscountyco.gov to submit your posting.
What Records are Available Online?
- Real estate documents (e.g. deeds, liens, etc.)
- Marriage license and civil unions
- Subdivision maps

Obtaining Copies
For an uncertified copy, at no charge, you can download or print documents from the link above. For certified copies, please call the office at 720.523.6020. You can order certified copies either by phone or in person.
