All job openings at Adams County require the submission of an official employment application.

Getting Started:

1. Create an account in our system.
2. After setting up your account, log in using your username and password
3. Complete and save your application.

Please note: You are required to submit a separate application for each position to which you apply. Applications are only accepted for posted job openings.

You do not need to create a new application each time you apply—just log in, update your existing application, and submit it for the desired position. Ensure all fields are complete, as incomplete applications may be disqualified. A resume may be attached, but it does not replace the application form. Once submitted, your application is sent to People & Culture Services for review.

After you submit an Adams County employment application, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. Only authorized employees and hiring authorities have access to the information you provide. Applications are accepted until the closing date listed in the job posting. The People & Culture Services Department reserves the right to close a job posting before the listed closing date, depending on the applicant pool.

After the position closes, the People & Culture Services department screens all applications and forwards qualified candidates to the appropriate department or elected office, typically within one week. Selected applicants are generally notified of interviews during the second or third week after the closing date. Following the interview process, a hiring decision is made, and a job offer may be extended.
