The People and Culture Services Department is dedicated to fostering a positive, welcoming, and high-performing organizational culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and engaged. - Overseeing safety, property, and liability claims.
- Managing employee relations.
- Facilitating training and organizational development.
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Benefits and Salary Administration.
- Administering recognition and incentive programs.
