The team supports by strengthening the capacity of external partners by connecting potential collaborators and fostering inter-agency training, funding, and program initiatives. We strive to enhance resilience at every level—from individuals and neighborhoods to organizations and the broader region.

Resilient Neighborhoods Program

The SPARC team supports neighborhood resilience by focusing on resident group development and grassroots efforts in Adams County, particularly in unincorporated areas. The Resilient Neighborhoods Program focuses on empowering communities to thrive by offering support for local events and initiatives. Through funding and strategic collaboration, SPARC partners with neighborhoods to identify needs and provide the resources and guidance necessary to bring their vision to life.
