- Partnering for Adams County Kids (PACK) is a 2Gen approach and multi-system integrated planning program for Adams County children, youth, and families with children and/or youth in the home from birth to 21 years of age. PACK is a collaborative meeting that includes children/youth, parent/guardian/caregivers, and representatives from community agencies in Adams County who support youth and families.
