Grant Programs
Adams County, Colorado, offers several grant programs aimed at supporting low- to moderate-income residents and enhancing community well-being.
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
The CDBG Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and was created to improve the physical, economic and social conditions for low to moderate income populations.

Community Services Block Grant (CSBG)
The CSBG Program provides a range of services and activities having a measurable and potentially major impact on the causes of poverty in the community, or those areas of the community where poverty is a particularly acute problem.

HOME Investment Partnerships Program
The HOME Investment Partnerships Program supports activities that increase and maintain the supply of permanent, affordable housing for low- to moderate-income residents. Funds are used for a variety of activities such as:
- New housing construction
- Acquisition
- Housing rehabilitation
- Down payment assistance

Community Enrichment Grant (CEG)
This grant provides financial support to nonprofit and publicly supported organizations to operate human service programs that improve the health, welfare, and quality of life of Adams County residents. The grant can be used to fund services that are provided directly to an individual or people. Applicant organizations must be registered and in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State.
