What Does Housing Policy & Community Investments Do?

The Housing Policy & Community Investments (HPCI) Division works on both housing policy and new development projects and oversees federal grant administration and compliance monitoring.
As the administrator of Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and HOME funds, this team works closely with other local governments, state agencies, and non-profit partners to provide support for vulnerable residents and neighborhoods. Additionally, they oversee the affordable housing strategy for the County.
