National Good Neighbor Day Block Party Challenge
National Good Neighbor Day takes place on September 28 each year. To celebrate this holiday, join Adams County’s Block Party Challenge!
We encourage neighborhoods across the county to host a block party or neighborhood gathering throughout the month of September.
