CGS – Colorado Geological Survey fee made payable to Colorado Geological Survey

• Small Subdivisions (>3 dwellings and <100 acres) = $900
• Large Subdivisions (≥100 acres and <500 acres) = $1550
• Very Large Subdivisions (500 acres or more) = $2500
• Very small residential subdivisions (1-3 dwellings and <100 acres) = $600

SCD – Soil Conservation District fee made payable to Soil Conservation District.

• If less than 5 lots fee is $100
• If 5 lots or more fee is $150
