Cultural Council
The Adams County Cultural Council (ACCC) recommends SCFD funding disbursement to Tier III organizations serving Adams County. In 2024, the Adams County Cultural Council awarded nearly $2.5 million to more than 90 organizations that bring arts, culture, science, and history to our schools, communities, and residents.
