Commissioner Julie Duran Mullica, District 1
Julie Duran Mullica, elected in 2024 to represent District 1, serves as the Vice Chair on the Adams County Board of Commissioners. Mullica is an Adams County native and proud graduate of Mapleton Public Schools and the University of Colorado. She has a background in public health and prior to her election to the Adams County Board of Commissioners, she served on the Northglenn City Council and the Tri-County Board of Health. She is passionate about finding innovative solutions to pressing issues and priorities across the Adams County community, like affordable housing and childcare, smart growth, and the need for safe and clean environments in which Adams County residents can thrive.
