The Office of Strategic Partnerships & Resilient Communities (SPARC) is a part of the County Manager’s Office focused on long-term resilience and advocacy for the community. We are the bridge between community partners and Adams County. Our goals are to offer better community support through the equitable distribution of grants and other resources, to build a portfolio of deep relationships and community partners, and to engage in neighborhoods more closely. We collaborate with partners to develop processes that support their needs, foster ongoing engagement with programming and organizations in the community, and remain a reliable place where anyone can turn when challenges arise and resources are needed.
